Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and general HR administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with payroll, benefits, and compliance tasks
  • Support HR projects and communications
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • Previous HR or administrative experience a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
